Description

This is not roundel. It is insignia of military vehicles of Germanoslavia, not only aircraft but also cars and ships. Meaning of colors is the same as in flag of Germanoslavia, black for Germans, green for Hungarians, blue and red for Czechs and Slovaks. Shape of Iron Cross is used.
