Description

In timeline Central Unity (I will write journal entry about it) Central Powers win World War I and emperors of Germany and Austria-Hungary decide to unite their empires. Wilhelm II becomes emperor of Germany-Hungary and king of German part (yellow). Charles I becomes king of Hungarian part (green). And Polish part (red) is governed by governor named by Wilhelm (can be Piłsudski?). Flag of Germany-Hungary has three vertical zones: from left German (horizontal black-white-red), Austrian (red-white-red) and Hungarian (red-white-green) tricolours. Alternative flag is here

The flag is described unclearly. Actually the first idea is no longer endorsed. It looked little like this with flags of German Empire, Austria and Hungary.
Newer proposal is Austro-Hungarian civil flag inserted into Habsburg bicolor, so a mix of this and this.
This is also possible.
