Flag of Western Slovak region

Coat of arms of Western Slovak region contains all elements from CoAs of current regions except waves. The waves symbolize rivers of Western Slovakia. Flag of Western Slovakia thus should contain element for rivers. And in this CoA it is blue-yellow stripe. Western Slovakia is the most sunny region of Slovakia, so the flag contains setting sun too. Yellow stripe is up, because if blue were up, it would look like sunset at sea.
