Flag of Tats of Caucasus

Here I list flags of languages. Some tribes do have own language, but don't have own flag. One of them are Tats of Caucasus and Tats of Iran. This and next deviation will be flags for them. The Pan-Iranian tricolor with green at top and ratio 1:2:1 has no twins, the crescent and star are derived from flag of Azerbaijan. I thought it was unique and balanced flag for an Iranian-speaking people of Azerbaijan. I was not aware of this flag intended for Azeri people of Iran. But they have other flags, so my proposal is usable. The star can be filled with this ornament when depicting Tat dialect from Lahic.
