Flag of Portuguese Andorrans

Andorra, like Luxembourg, has great Portuguese minority. Its origin is not colonial, thus Order of Christ cross is not suitable for its symbol. Five shields (quinas) from arms of Portugal are better and they aren't so bound to Portuguese state than full arms. I put them to Andorran tricolor, which has proportions of stripes 9:10:9. I know this is similar to flag of FLAMA, but it is unused now.
