Flag of Italian South Americans

Description

Italian diaspora has great presence in America, both North and South. However, there has never been an Italian-speaking country in America. Country with the greatest number of Italian Americans is Argentina: let's mention Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who become Pope Francis. But Italian descent is found in Brazil as well (Leoninia will consent). Italian South Americans (ISA) are represented by Stella d'Italia, ethnic Italian symbol. However, many ISA speak Spanish or Portuguese rather than Italian. The flag thus contains cross pattée for Spanish-speaking Americans and Order of Christ cross for Portuguese-speaking Americans. These two groups surround ISA: Spanish from west and Portuguese from east, while sun (in southern hemisphere) is on north. In northern hemisphere is sun on south, Spain on east and Portugal on west. Sun used is Inti sun from flag of Uruguay and shines over all peoples. Could this flag be used for all Italian Americans, including ones from USA? Or it is rather flag of South American Whites, regardless of their language?
